V K Shrivastava, Civil Engineer with Post graduate qualification in Management, FMS Delhi University, is the promoter Director & currently the Managing Director. He has more than 22 years of experience in Planning, Design & Project Management for Infrastructure projects. Prior to joining VKSIMPL he was Associate Director Feedback HSSI, AVP Kampsax A/s Denmark and Senior Research Officer NATPAC. Outside his role at VKSIMPL, he is Guest Faculty at National Institute for Training of Highway Engineers and other Management Institutes.

Simmi Shrivastava, a Graduate in social sciences with more than 15 years of professional experience, is the promoter Director. Her area of expertise includes Survey research methodology, conducting benchmark socio-economic surveys for social development projects. Implementation aspects of social development projects at the grass root level, Assess impact on people, property and loss of livelihood, Environmental and social-impact, Screening, Identification of Project Affected Persons (PAPs), Assessing the suitability and availability of relocation sites, Preparing the resettlement and rehabilitation plan, Preparing the land acquisition plan, providing assistance to the Client in land acquisition, Assessing the feasibility and effectiveness of income restoration strategies.

S.K. Sinha, a Graduate Civil Engineer with more than 35 years of professional experience in the field of infrastructural projects. He is retired as a Chief Engineer from the Government of Bihar. His experience includes feasibility study, detailed design & construction supervision of mega Infrastructural Projects.
